Project Brief
AJJ TV partnered with Dr. Qamar ul Hassan to conduct a comprehensive Type-Based Leadership Training Program. The program aimed to enhance participants’ self-awareness, leadership skills, and communication strategies.
This Type-Based Leadership Training Program was designed to help participants:
Enhance self-awareness and understanding of individual personality types. Develop effective leadership strategies tailored to their personality types. Improve communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and staff. Foster a culture of empathy and understanding within the organization.
