Leadership Development Program at ICAP

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) partnered with Dr. Qamar ul Hassan to conduct a comprehensive Type-Based Leadership Training program. The program, which took place from November 17, 2017, to May 4, 2018, aimed to enhance participants’ self-awareness, leadership skills, and communication strategies.

Participants engaged in immersive activities, exploring their personality types and learning effective leadership strategies tailored to their types.
